New Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired Office Buildings Coming to Fishers
Home Run Commercial Group announces an 18 acre closing in Crosspoint at 106th and Lantern Rd., Fishers. The buyer, Quinn Development Inc., based in Las Vegas/Indianapolis, will start construction of “For Sale” office buildings this summer. The buildings will range from 3,000 to 30,000 square feet.
The buildings feature a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design, large overhangs, windows with cultured stone exterior, and a beautifully sculpted park located directly off I-69 in Fishers. Businesses will be able to take advantage of appreciation, depreciation, and interest write off, building equity rather then leasing. Construction is set to begin late this summer.
