Fishers High School’s Academic Ambush team captured the regional Spell Bowl competition for the second year in a row scoring a school record 68 points. The Fishers High School Spell Bowl team dominated the Hoosier Crossroads Conference Spell Bowl meet October 1 at Brownsburg. FHS’s spellers finished first among the ten conference schools for their second consecutive conference title. The team scored on 67 of a possible 90 words.
